Website Designer

Location: Delhi/Noida

Brief Description of Role:

A web designer/developer is responsible for the design, layout and coding of a website. Also involved with the technical and graphical aspects of a website - how the site works and how it looks. Provide the maintenance and update of an existing site.

Qualifications:

• BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience
• 5 years minimum experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS
• 2 years minimum Web programming experience, including PHP, ASP or JSP
• Have skills in software programming and graphics, Web design and construction
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• keep up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment
• It is essential requirement that Applicant has carried out all studies in English Medium (at school as well as at College)
• Ability to write monthly Newsletters.

Responsibilities:

• Create content for web sites using a variety of graphics, databases, animation and other software
• Ensure the web site is working efficiently
• Participates in efforts to improve quality of Web sites and other electronic publications as required
• Works with marketing and development staff on style and approach for all projects.
• Updating the company Web sites and ensuring that they are easy to access and visually effective
• Developing concepts and designing materials including newsletters, invitations, advertisements, flyers, vouchers, direct mail
